Provider Services Support (Entry Level)

About the Role:

The Provider Services Support role is similar to customer service, but focused exclusively on building and maintaining strong provider relationships . You will be the main point of contact for doctors' offices, clinics, and other healthcare facilities within our network. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional support, ensuring smooth administrative and financial interactions between Corvia Health and our valued providers. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with great communication skills looking to start a career in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact to help doctors' offices and clinics with various inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions regarding Corvia Health policies , procedures, prior authorizations, and administrative requirements.
• Assist providers with inquiries concerning payments, billing, and claims status .
• Verify and clarify information related to a provider's network status and credentialing.
• Document all provider interactions accurately and efficiently in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Network, Claims) to ensure timely resolution of complex provider issues.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and helpful phone demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex information quickly (e.g., policy details, terminology).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple software applications.
• Prior direct healthcare experience is not required, but experience in a customer service or contact center environment is a plus.
